If you want to deploy the SCCM console using SCCM, you can use the steps mentioned in that post. In my previous post on SCCM console deployment, I covered the steps to package and deploy Configuration manager console using SCCM. Rather I would advise IT guys to install the console on their laptops. If you have a team who regularly use SCCM console to perform daily tasks, it is not recommended to use the console installed on site server. However you cannot connect a Configuration Manager console to a secondary site.
Using Configuration Manager console, you can either connect to a central administration site or a primary site. The SCCM admins use the console to manage the Configuration Manager environment. When you install the SCCM, the console is also installed on the server. I will show you how to install Configuration Manager console remotely, via command prompt and also cover log files related to SCCM console. In a setup where you have SCCM installed, you can install SCCM console on Windows 10 computer.
